Following on from her previous successful Mental Health Shows, Sheila returns to the Palace Theatre with a NEW SHOW‘Sheila’s M.H.S. SHOW 4, sharing more ways we can look after our mental health. The theme of this show is ‘ATTACHMENT’, exploring how we form attachments in our childhood and how they play out in our adult behaviours. Sheila is a qualified counsellor, a comedienne and the author of ‘The Power of Knowing You’. This show will be a combination of humour and education about mental health. Sheila shares with us why life is too serious to be taken seriously …besides no one gets out alive anyway!
