Accessibility
The Palace Theatre welcomes all visitors, regardless of disability or mobility problems to all its productions and events to be an accessible venue we intend to make every visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The Main House, Studio Theatre, the bar, box office and foyer areas have been designed to give access to all.
The best approach to the
theatre is via Grove Street where there is limited disabled parking

Induction
Loop System
An induction loop system is installed. This can be used with hearing aids
set to the 'T' position.
Hearing
Dogs
Hearing dogs are most welcome, please ask about a hearing dog space when booking.
Wheelchair
Users
We have up to 8 seats in the stalls which are available for wheelchair users.
There is also a wheel chair box at the back of the circle to accommodate 2
wheel chairs. Accessible toilets are available on all floors
Lift
There is a speaking lift at the far end of the ground floor foyer which gives
access to all levels of the building
